S.E.L.

What is S.E.L.?

S.E.L. stands for Social and emotional learning.  S.E.L. is the process through which children and adults understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships, and make responsible decisions.

Please use the resources on this page to support yourself or your student with Social & Emotional strategies.  If you have any questions, or would like more information on what C.Y. is doing to support social & emotional learning, please click here to email our Social Worker, Mrs. Mosley.

We hope you find these resources useful!
