Southport High School’s EL teachers, Lisa Stanley and Amy Peddie, collaborated for student success when they used non-verbal peer feedback for student presentations.  It was a great way to engage all students, as well as, give presenters feedback on where they were very strong, and where they can continue to grow.  This method is very effective for students acquiring English because it allows all students to actively participate.
