2021 Open Enrollment begins October 13, 2020 and must be completed by November 1, 2020.
Open Enrollment is the period when you may elect changes to your benefit plans (e.g., add or drop dependents, change plans, sign up for voluntary benefits). Every eligible employee is required to complete their benefits enrollment – even if you are not making any changes or have benefits – by logging in to the portal or enrolling through the call center.

2. Phone-Enroll via Call Center – on select days and hours
Be sure to review your benefit selections and coverage tiers before clicking submit. You may continue to make changes until November 1, 2020, at 11:59 PM. It is each employee’s responsibility to verify coverage levels and covered individuals before Open Enrollment ends.
