I live in the neighborhood near the school. Are you my home school?

Which elementary schools are on the Perry Meridian (west) side of the District?

Glenns Valley, Douglas MacArthur, Henry Burkhart, and Abraham Lincoln are on the west side of Perry Township. If your home school is one of these schools, then you can apply to attend Rosa Parks Elementary during the application period. If your home school is on the Southport (east) side, then you can apply to attend our sister school, Jeremiah Gray Elementary. You cannot apply to attend Rosa Parks Elementary if you live on the east side of the district.

I have an incoming First Grader, and I want to apply to attend Rosa Parks Elementary. Where should I go to register?

Incoming First Grade students who do not have siblings currently enrolled at Rosa Parks MUST register first at their home school. They will also complete a School Choice application to apply to attend Rosa Parks Elementary. School Choice applications can be mailed or delivered to any Perry Township elementary or the Perry Township Education Center (PTEC) during the Choice Period in January and February of each year. The PTEC address is on the application form.
