Deferred Action for Dreamers Program

  1. You must have entered the US. before your 16th birthday.
  2. You must be 15 years old or older unless you have been deported before or are in deportation proceedings.
  3. You must have been physically present in the US since June 15, 2007.  Brief departures may not necessarily affect your case.
  4. You must be under 31 years old as of June 15, 2012.
  5. You must not have been convicted of 1 felony, 1 significant misdemeanor, or 3 insignificant misdemeanors.
  6. You must be in school, have graduated high school, have obtained a GED, or have been honorably discharged from the U.S. Military.
