Bienvenue au jour du fromage Français! Students in Mr. Dan Bailey’s class at Southport Middle School experienced a French cuisine … cheese!  Brie de Meaux, Gruyère, Camembert, Chèvre (goat’s cheese), and Roquefort (The King of Cheese and the Cheese of Kings) were served up on a fresh baguette.  Students bravely tried each cheese and shared their reactions.
