VEHICLE PROCEDURE

These procedures are for students in these classes:

• Ms. Hardesty
• Mrs. Hauber
• Mrs. Vargas
• Mrs. Green
  
• Mrs. Riedel

6:30am – 7:45am Before-Care: Enter through door 4 off Banta. Sign your child in at the gym.

7:45 – 8:00am Before-Care closed: Children and staff move to car lines

8:00 – 8:10am Drop-off: Follow cars in a line around to door 4. REMAIN IN YOUR CAR until a teacher comes and helps your child exit your vehicle.

4:00 – 4:15pm Pick-up: Follow cars in a line around to the Entrance. REMAIN IN YOUR CAR and a teacher will bring your child to your vehicle.

After 4:15pm: Your child will go to After-Care. You must enter through door 4, and sign your child out of the gym.

8:00 – 8:10am Drop-off: Line up along Loretta Street to the Early Childhood Academy Entrance. Do not line up along Orinoco or turn right off Orinoco. REMAIN IN YOUR CAR until a teacher comes and helps your child exit your vehicle.

4:00 – 4:15pm Pick-up: Follow cars in a line along Loretta Street to (do not line up on Orinoco). REMAIN IN YOUR CAR and a teacher will bring your child to your vehicle.

After 4:15pm: Your child will go to After-Care. You must enter door 4 off Banta, and sign your child out of the gym.
