Angel Fund Donations
The Perry Township Child Nutrition Department provides nutritious meals to all students. These healthy meals provide sustainable energy that helps students both inside and outside the classroom.
Children may receive breakfast and lunch at no cost if they are eligible for free or reduced meals based on federal poverty guidelines. Sometimes, however, children who do not qualify for the free or reduced program may lack money in their student account to cover the cost of the meal. While meals are never denied to students, the unpaid meal charges represent a difficult and complex issue directly impacting the children we serve, as well as the financial viability of the school food service operation.
To combat these unpaid meal charges, the Perry Township Child Nutrition Department maintains an Angel Fund account that is funded by donations. Every donation is placed into this account and used to eliminate meal debt in students’ accounts. No donation is too small and we thank you for your generosity that makes a positive impact on our students and their families.
How to Donate:
To donate, please print and complete the Angel Fund form below. Once completed, please submit to Erin Coleman, Child Nutrition Director. Completed forms may be submitted via fax, mail, or in person.
