Elementary Transfer

Please note: If a transfer form is approved, a new form does not need to be completed each year unless your demographics change. This applies to 1st-5th grade.

INTRA-DISTRICT

For elementary students currently attending school within Perry Township, Intra-District Transfer applications will be accepted January 6 -February 7, 2025. Applications will only be accepted from families that are new to Perry Township after this period. Letters will be mailed to households after March 14, 2025. If a parent chooses not to accept the intra-district transfer for the 25-26 school year, they must notify the office of Assistant Superintendent for Foundational Learning at Perry Township Education Center no later than April 11, 2025.

Complete your Intra-District application by the following steps below:

  1. Review the IDEST Program policies and procedures
  2. Review the bus tier schedule
  3. Download and print the Intra-District Application form. Schools will have copies of the applications at the front desk.
  4. Carefully fill out the form. Download Form Here
  5. Deliver to your child’s requested school building by February 7, 2025.

For kindergarten and elementary students currently attending school and/or with residence outside Perry Township, transfer applications will be accepted until August 29, 2025 for Semester 1 and until January 12, 2026 for Semester 2.  Applications received after these dates will be considered for the Following Semester.

Complete your Inter-District application by following the steps below:

  1. Download the form
  2. Save and complete the application on your computer
  3. Assemble the following documents for your student’s application

Grade K (If applicable): Recent report card, attendance report, and discipline report

 Grades 1-5: Recent report card, attendance report, and discipline report

4. Submit the application (Choose an option below)
