Elementary Transfer
INTRA-DISTRICT (CLOSEd)
For elementary students currently attending school within Perry Township, Intra-District Transfer applications will be accepted January 8-February 2, 2024. Applications will not be accepted after this period. Acceptance letters will be mailed to households after March 15, 2024. If a parent chooses not to accept the intra-district transfer for the 24-25 school year, they must notify the office of Assistant Superintendent for Foundational Learning at Perry Township Education Center no later than April 12, 2024.
Complete your Intra-District application by the following steps below:
- Review the IDEST Program policies and procedures
- Learn about our elementary schools
- Review the bus tier schedule
- Download and print the Intra-District Application form. Schools will have copies of the applications at the front desk.
- Carefully fill out the form
- Deliver to your child’s requested school building by February 2, 2024
INTER-DISTRICT
For kindergarten and elementary students currently attending school and/or with residence outside Perry Township, transfer applications will be accepted from July 15, 2024 until September 6, 2024 for Semester 1 and until January 13, 2025 for Semester 2. Applications received after these dates will be considered for the Following Semester.
Complete your Inter-District application by following the steps below:
- Download the form
- Save and complete the application on your computer
- Assemble the following documents for your student’s application
Grade K (If applicable): Recent report card, attendance report, and discipline report
Grades 1-5: Recent report card, attendance report, and discipline report
4. Submit the application (Choose an option below)
- Email completed applications to kpieratt@perryschools.org
- Print the application and deliver it to the building you are requesting to transfer to
- Learn about our elementary schools
- Review the bus tier schedule
