Clinton Young Elementary School held a math and literacy night. The school partnered with the University of Indianapolis, who provided exciting activities aligned to math standards. Students also celebrated Read Across America Day by making Oobleck (from Bartholomew and the Oobleck by Dr. Seuss). After making the substance, students had to use what they know about liquids and solids to decide if their Oobleck was a liquid or a solid. Fun was had by all!
