The U.S. Postal Service unveiled the Rosa Parks commemorative forever stamp today at the Madame Walker Theatre Center.  Fifth graders from Rosa Parks Elementary School participated in the event by singing songs and reading poetry.  Guest speakers included Bernice Grant, Andre Carson, Mary Sullivan and Reverend Olgen Williams.  The stamp was officially released on February 4th in honor of what would have been Rosa Parks’ 100th birthday.
