Seventh grade physical education students at Southport Middle School are developing upper body strength through a game called SHARBADE. SHARBADE stands for Shoulder Arm Back Development.  Using the arm muscles to propel oneself forward or backwards is the only way to move on a scooter. Working together as a team, students tried to score by throwing a foam ball into the goal. SHARBADE is a great way to help develop upper body strength.
