Construction on new classrooms at Southport High School continues.  Concrete was transferred from the ground level to the slab on deck (2nd floor) in the Unit C courtyard infill.  The concrete was delivered to the interior floors via a concrete pump with a 61 meter boom.

A renovation and update to the school’s auditorium sound and lighting systems will also be completed this summer. The project will also renovate the music wing, renovate the pool, install an elevator, build new tennis courts, replace carpet throughout the school and upgrade lighting with energy efficient fixtures.
