Once a week at Douglas MacArthur Elementary School,  Mrs. Dana Fuhrmann’s kindergarten students and Miss Chelsea Wessel’s third graders pair up and read to each other. After they finish a story, they discuss what was read and ask each other questions about the book. This is their “Book Buddy” time.
