Burkhart gathered teachers and support staff members to celebrate their perfect attendance during the first quarter of the school year.  21 out of 56 staff members had perfect attendance for the first quarter of the school year. All were given a bonus day to wear jeans to school and then a drawing was held for some fabulous door prizes — note pads, specialty post-its, markers, and Starbucks gift cards.
