Do you want to be a cheerleader?

Come to the Perry Meridian Middle School Cheer Clinic, with the PMMS 7th & 8th grade Cheerleaders.

Who: Any Perry Township Elementary, or Academy Student, male or female (We do have a male cheerleader on our squad)!

When: Monday October 13th, 2014 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Where: Perry Meridian Middle School (please use Athletic Entrance).

Cost: $20 per student, which will include a FREE photograph of your cheerleader. (Additional photos will be available, and we will have a price sheet available that day should you want to order extras).

What do I do now?:
1. Fill out the back of this form, and return it to the front office of your school by Wednesday, October 9th with your payment. Make checks payable to PMMS.
2. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early that day so we can start promptly! Make sure you wear something comfortable that you can exercise in, with tennis shoes! No jewelry!
3. Bring something to drink, a snack, and a sack lunch.

What will we do that day?: We will teach you a few chants, one cheer, one dance, jumps, and some simple stunts. We will have a quick break for a snack, and from 12:30-1:30 you will eat lunch on the football field with the PMMS Cheerleaders, and get your pictures taken!
