With the falling temperatures this week, the DM Running Club learned a new fun way to exercise and train indoors.  Their coach, Mrs. Melinda Richardson wrote the names of different types of exercises on plastic spoons.  She put all of the spoons in a cup and drew one out.  The group then completed that exercise.  Once completed, she would draw another spoon and the group would complete that exercise.  The group was actually cheering to do burpees!
