The FIRST Robotics State Champions, Southport High School’s, CyberCards, FRC Team 1529, was honored by the Perry Township School Board during its May meeting.
In April the robotics team traveled to St. Louis for a 4 day competition in the World Championships along with 639 other teams from around the world!
The CyberCards had a wonderful experience and played a hard-fought, heart-felt game. After all qualification matches, the CyberCards ended their journey in 44th place out of 639.
What an outstanding representation of, not only themselves, but also of Southport High School, Perry Township, and the state of Indiana.
