Douglas MacArthur Elementary hosted the first general meeting of the PTA and the First Grade Welcoming Ceremony. Every year the Douglas MacArthur PTA welcomes the first graders to the school by recognizing them and giving them a Certificate of Anticipated Achievement.  What a special evening for the 1st Graders and their parents!
