First Lady Mrs. Karen Pence visited Glenns Valley Elementary School. She visited children in art class, 4^th graders in the cafeteria, a 5^th grade classroom, a 3^rd grade classroom, kindergarten and 2^nd grade children working in the media center.  Her special students greeters were Garland, Caylen, Brooke and Brie Drew.
