Fourth graders at Burkhart recently completed a unit on reflections and symmetry that included a chance to explore a new math tool. The students used transparent mirrors to draw the reflected image of an object. Later, they used their mirrors to find lines of reflection and determine whether pictures and shapes were symmetrical.
