Both the Falcons and Cardinals fell short in Friday night football action. Perry Meridian lost on the road in overtime at Decatur Central 25-32 and Southport lost its home opener against Westfield 40-36. Thanks to WTHR Channel 13 for bringing “Operation Football” to the Southport game last week. Students had a great evening.
