Glenns Valley Third Graders learned about the history of Veterans Day and the sacrifices our service men and women make for our country.  They colored Veterans Day cards and wrote messages as a culminating activity.  Some students passed out the cards to veterans.  They were very surprised to receive so many wonderful cards and glad that our students were learning about Veterans Day.
