Mrs. Rene Mancourt’s kindergarten class at GV is studying a unit on pets.  The children met Arrow, Mrs. Mancourt’s rabbit. Arrow is a rescue rabbit.  After being let go by his owners, someone shot him in the leg with an arrow. (That’s how he got his name)  Arrow lost his back leg, but can still do anything another rabbits do, like run and jump and “binky” (that’s when rabbits jump straight up and change directions midair, a sign they are happy!).
