Mrs. Jessica Youmans will be the new Assistant Principal at William Henry Burkhart Elementary starting this fall. Mrs. Youmans who has been a Master Teacher in Perry Township will join Ms. Darlene Hardesty who is taking over for the retiring Mr. John Happersberger.
