Rosa Parks recently competed in their very own March Madness Reading Challenge. Each week in the Month of March, students were challenged to read as many minutes nightly as possible. Each minute read, acted as a “point” for their team. Classrooms competed against each other in a bracket with the classrooms who read the most each week, advancing to the next round in the tournament. Congratulations to Mrs. Daeger’s third grade class for reading the most in the month of March and winning the March Madness Reading Challenge! They were allowed to dress like athletes for a day and were awarded special certificates for their big win!
