Thanks to one of our generous community partners, Mr. and Mrs. Reggie O. Jones, who own and operate several Indianapolis McDonald’s restaurants, the district was the recipient of 40 bicycles that were given away during the holidays. The family has given some 10-thousand bikes to kids in Indianapolis over the past two decades. Pictured below are a couple of those students chosen to receive one of the 40 bicycles. James Jones was the James Whitcomb Riley School student chosen to receive a McMiracle Bike.  Frankie Simpson was another. The students were also given a Dr. Pepper bag with a bike helmet inside. Thanks once again to the Jones family for helping the dreams of some Perry Township students come true this holiday season.
