“Congratulations to Burkhart’s music teacher, Sandy Rogers!  Mrs. Rogers was recognized by Perry Township Schools as Teacher of the Year at the opening day ceremony in July.  This past Friday evening, Mrs. Rogers was honored to be named a semi-finalist for the Indiana Teacher of the Year.  Here she is pictured with Glenda Ritz, Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction.
