This week has been ‘National School Counseling Week’ and the school counselors at Southport High School want to share the exciting news!  On top of our school counseling department celebrating the positive impact school counselors have not only on students, but the entire staff and community, we wanted to publicly thank Southport’s Mayor McClure for signing a proclamation showing his support & recognition for the important and dynamic role school counselors play in education.
