Our Board is pleased to highlight Southport Elementary and Southport High for being recognized by the Indiana Department of Education as schools of “Promising Practice,” an initiative to celebrate the state’s bicentennial. Southport High is honored for ensuring 21^st Century Scholars meet all the requirements to be eligible for scholarship money. Southport Elementary is recognized for providing exceptional professional development for teachers.
