Mrs. Savage’s preschool class and Mrs. Staton’s 4th grade class at Jeremiah Gray elementary began a reading buddy program this month. The preschoolers chose their favorite books, and the 4th graders each chose a preschool student to read to for about ten minutes.  The preschoolers were excited to meet older students and share their favorite books with them.  The 4th graders were also excited to see the “little kids” and read to them.  It was a great opportunity for the older students to work on their reading skills.​
