SHS and SMS athletic physicals for the next school year will be given on:

Date:   Monday,  April 21st

Time:    6:00-9:00 p.m.

Where:  Southport High School (Fieldhouse Area)

Cost:    $25.00   Payment – Cash, Check, or Money Order

• Please call the Athletic office at 789-4893 for an appointment for your physical
• Pick up physical forms in the athletic office before physical night.
• Parent signatures on forms are mandatory to get an exam.
• A bus for our northern community students will be scheduled.
• Students needing transportation MUST see Mrs. Warner in the athletic office before the end of the day on Friday, April 18th.
