Southport Elementary School held a convocation on Tuesday to host the “Silly Safari” show. Students were exposed to several different animals including a dog, turtle, rabbit and an owl. The learned where the animals lived, what they ate, and how they protected themselves from other predators in the food chain. It was a “Silly” lesson that offered a lot of learning.
