Southport Middle School staff members wanted to make the holiday a little brighter for group-housing residents at Damar Service.  They planned a holiday party for group-housing residents with severe development and/or mental delays who do not live with their families.  The group spread some holiday cheer by ringing bells, singing carols, and making crafts with the residents.  The afternoon ended by giving each of residents gifts which were purchased by SMS staff members.
