PMMS staff members wrapped up “Reading Madness Month” and honored “Read Across America Day” by dressing in homemade “Sneeches” shirts and participating in a school-wide reading of “The Sneetches and Other Stories” by Dr. Seuss.

Reading Madness Month, organized by the PMMS Literacy Committee, promotes, supports, and encourages students to read in a variety of community-building and motivating social reading activities during February.

Members of the Literacy Committee are Cassie Bennett, Lauren Buesking, Denise Britt, Barb Davis, Alison Dillman, Angi Gunkel, Kim Manoil, Jackie Miller, Nina Phagan, Leslie Preddy, Kristen Prusiecki, Sarah Reuter, Dave Rohl, Brent Speraw, with special contributions from Doc Rissel and Jessica Thompson.
