We have five new building principals in our school district this year so we’re taking the opportunity to introduce them.

Mr. Jon Romine, who is the only principal who’s new to our district is the new building principal at Perry Meridian Middle School. He comes to us with previous experience in IPS and most recently Lawrence Township Schools.  He has degrees from Taylor University and the University of Indianapolis. Mr. Romine was born in Michigan and grew up in Mt. Pleasant and Granger Indiana. He says he loves the community aspect of our school district. “Perry has such great community support, and it has been evident from the moment I started.” He says he loves visiting Lake Michigan in the summer. He’s noticed that  his students are truly working hard to adopt “The Falcon Way”. He and his wife, Shannon, have three boys; Charlie, Josh and Luke.
