Beams are going up at Winchester Village in front of the school on the other side of the library!  Director of Operations, Marc Westfall says it’s very exciting to start seeing the changes….other than dirt. Over Winter Break workers will start connecting the new front office additions to existing columns at the north and east walls of the library. This week crews will be pouring the slab on the grade for the new 4th and 5th grade wings. Also this week they will complete the storm piping and structures from the dry retention area through the new parking lot area and start exterior cold formed metal wall framing. Coming up in December they will start the east parking lots and drive followed by roof insulation for 4th and 5th grade wings.

The target date for completion of the 4th and 5th grade wings and the front office area is still May 2016.
