After careful consideration, district administrators have decided that students in grades 6-8 will remain on a hybrid schedule through the end of December 2020.

Recently, the Marion County Public Health Department announced that middle school students may return to in-person learning. As we track the number of COVID cases in our schools, we have decided to continue the current hybrid learning schedule, which requires two days of in-person classes and three days of remote learning.

In mid-January, we will reevaluate whether it is in the best interest of students and staff to move to a 4-day, in-person schedule.

Safety is always our top priority. Thank you for your patience as we work to balance our community’s public health and academic needs.
