NON-Resident Out of District (RESIDENCE IS OUTSIDE PERRY TOWNSHIP BOUNDARIES)

For middle school and high school students currently attending school and/or with residence outside Perry Township, transfer applications will be accepted from until September 6, 2024 for Semester 1 and until January 13, 2025 for Semester 2.  Applications received after these dates will be considered for the Following Semester.

Complete your Inter-District application by following the steps below:

1. Download the form
2. Save and complete the application on your computer
3. Assemble the following documents for your student’s application
   Grades 6-8: Recent report card, attendance report, and discipline report
   Grades 9-12: Up-to-date transcript, attendance report, and discipline report
4. Submit the application (Choose an option below)
