The possession, storage, selling, purchasing, or use of alcohol, other drugs or drug paraphernalia, including imitation drugs or other substances, will not be tolerated on school property or while the student is under the jurisdiction of Perry Township Schools. Additionally, students will not bring a controlled substance, imitation controlled substance, or marijuana to school or school-sponsored activities. Any violation is strictly prohibited and will be punishable by suspension and/or expulsion. Prescription drugs and over-the-counter medications must be registered with the school nurse and brought to the school by a parent or guardian. The use or possession of tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes and vapes, on school grounds are prohibited and is subject to disciplinary action. (Page 37)
