PTA is having a Chicago’s Pizza fundraiser. Order forms and envelopes for our SES PTA Chicago’s Pizza fundraiser will be sent home on Monday, March 30th.

The fundraiser is pretty simple:

• Students/families fill out the form selling pizza cards and collect money – CASH ONLY!
• Please make sure each students name, grade, and teacher are on the forms/envelopes before turning them in.
• Forms need to be turned into their classrooms by Wednesday, April 15th
• PTA will organize collecting the order forms and attached envelopes with money.  We will then turn in money to get the cards from Chicago’s pizza.
• Envelopes and order forms will be returned to students with the cards in the envelope.
