We work cooperatively to help students become life-long learners who solve problems, engage actively in learning, read for enjoyment, show enthusiasm for learning, and value a variety of learning styles. Burkhart helps students become responsible citizens who follow reasonable rules, protect the environment, are accountable for their behavior, respect others and themselves, and know and accept individuals of other ethnicities and cultures.
