Applications for Perry Township will open February 02 ,2026.

2026-2027 Tuition Rates:
Staff Members: $180 per week
Non-staff members: $205 per week

You can view/print your registration packet below. Please print out the forms and fill them in. You can mail your pack it or drop it off at the preschool (6548 Orinoco Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227). You will need to complete all of the following forms to register your child for preschool:

  1. Print, fill out, and return a fully complete 2026-2027 Enrollment Application Packet
  2. Print, fill out, and return 2026-2027 Emergency Consent Form
  3. Print, fill out, and return Home Language Survey
  4. Print, fill out, and return 2026-2027 Race Ethnicity Survey
  5. Print, fill out, and return 2026-2027 Parent Contract English-Chin (English and Chin)
  6. Print, fill out, and return 2026-2027 Discipline Policy English-Chin (English and Chin)
  7. $75 registration fee (due at the time of registration, exact cash/check only)
  8. $35 cooking fee (due at time of registration, exact cash/check only)
  9. Birth Certificate
  10. Shot records
  11. Proof of residency (ex. utility bill)
  12. Proof of income (for Title 1 support only)

Preschool in Perry Township
