Rosa Parks Elementary offers a world-class education with curriculum, instruction, and assessment systems that create many opportunities for children to become successful learners and responsible citizens. Our eight core values include wisdom, justice, courage, hope, respect, responsibility, compassion, and integrity.

Students subscribe to The Rocket Way, learning to be respectful, be responsible, and be safe. We have a very purposeful approach to technology in the classroom and focus on creating students who are writers for life. Rosa Parks is a pioneer of elementary-level Project Lead The Way, the district’s STEM program. We offer a variety of extracurriculars such as Student Council, Spell Bowl, Singing Rockets, WRPE News Crew, and more! Rosa Parks has a very active and dynamic PTA that supports our objectives. Our school also features a large fish tank at the center of our building, a new book vending machine, a learning garden, a spirit rock, and a brain gym/sensory rooms.
