Hello, Perry Meridian Middle Families!

Mr. Dustin CriswellMy name is Dustin Criswell, and I am the lucky individual who gets to serve as the principal at Perry Meridian Middle School. We are excited for the 2024-25 school year and are looking forward to supporting your child during his/her middle school journey. Moving forward, if you have any questions or concerns, starting Monday, July 15th, our main office will be open from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.  Please feel free to call 317-789-4100 or come in person and visit with us. We can’t wait to see the many great things we will accomplish this school year together.

For planning purposes, below are a few dates that are quickly approaching:

Orientation: Tuesday, July 23rd:

Please join us at one of our two orientation sessions on Tuesday, July 23rd from either 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM or 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Please enter through door # 2.  This will be an opportunity to pick up your child’s schedule, find lockers, and walk the building. One important aspect that I want to make you aware of pertains to student safety.  Parents, as we work to ensure your child’s safety, we must have up-to-date emergency contact information; therefore, If you haven’t yet verified your information in Skyward, please do so. If you need assistance with this please call our Main Office at 317-789-4100.

Sports Physical Night: Wednesday, July 24th:

Any student wishing to participate in athletics this school year must have a physical on file with the athletic department.  On Wednesday, July 24th, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, students may receive a physical at Perry Meridian High School for the cost of $20.00. This will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

All students participating in athletics during the upcoming school year must be registered online utilizing Final Forms. Student-athletes not registered through Final Forms will not be allowed to compete until this takes place. This also must be done before turning in the athletic physical that is completed by the doctor.  Please access the following link to register your student: http://www.perryschools.org/pm/athletics/finalforms/. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our athletic director, Mr. Schornick, at 317-789-4191.
