Wednesday, Sept 30

As a reminder, Wednesday, September 30, will be an e-learning day for all students, as we will be hosting Parent-Teacher Conferences. All assignments will be posted in Canvas no later than 8:00 AM, and students must access their assignments in Canvas to be counted present for the day. There will be no live instruction, allowing students to work through their assignments at their own pace throughout the day. Students will bring their Chromebooks home on Tuesday evening, so please ensure they have their devices and are ready to complete their work on Wednesday.

We look forward to connecting with our families during Parent-Teacher Conferences! If you are unable to attend in person but would still like the opportunity to meet with your child’s teacher, please reach out to him or her via email to request a phone conference. These conferences are a valuable opportunity to discuss your child’s progress, celebrate successes, and work together to support their continued growth.

Conferences will be offered during the following times:
    12:00–3:00 PM   ( no meetings between 3-4pm)
    4:00–7:00 PM

Communication for Parent-Teacher Conferences  has been seen over the past couple of weeks through ParentSquare. This communication will include opportunities to sign up for conferences with your child’s elective, content-area teachers, and advisory teacher.  Families may request appointments for UP TO THREE total teachers. We encourage you to bring your child with you to the conferences so they can be part of the conversation and take ownership of their learning.

When you arrive, please enter through Door #2, where you will be directed to the appropriate conference locations. We look forward to partnering with you and your child to support their continued growth and success at Perry Meridian Middle School.
