2025 Southport High School Wall of Fame Alumnus of the Year Nomination Form
The purpose of this award is to recognize SHS graduates who since graduation have demonstrated a high level of achievement in their field of endeavor and/or who have made significant contributions through achievement, service, or leadership to the community.
To be considered for recognition, the individual must have graduated from Southport High School at least 25 years prior to the recognition and meet the criteria for recognition as stated in the purpose. Individuals not selected in the first year of nomination are automatically reconsidered with the next group. Nominations older than ten years must be resubmitted. Only online nomination submissions will be considered.
