Senior Unassigned Form
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Senior Unassigned Study Hall/Lunch, you must have met the following requirements from March through May of the previous school year:
- Have at least a 2.5 GPA
- Have favorable attendance
- Have eight or fewer tardies
- Have two or fewer discipline referrals, with no Level 2 or Level 3 offenses
In addition to completing this form, you must complete a hard copy and have a parent or guardian signature on file before your request can be processed. Hard copies are available in Student Services and in your study hall room.
If you are approved for Unassigned Study Hall/Lunch, you may leave during your study hall, lunch period, or Friday iPass, provided you follow these guidelines:
- Seniors are not permitted to leave during iPass on Wednesdays.
- Unassigned students who choose to purchase a school lunch must eat their lunch in the school cafeteria.
- Before leaving school grounds during Friday iPass, all unassigned students must check in with their iPass teacher for attendance purposes.
- Unassigned students who do not leave school grounds must report to their assigned iPass class.
- Because iPass is the final period of the day on Fridays, students who leave during iPass must leave the building and may not return until the following school day unless they participate in a sport, club, or other approved activity. Students returning for an activity may reenter the building after dismissal at 1:55 p.m.
- There may be times when students are required to remain at school during iPass. Students must stay when directed.
- Unassigned privileges may be revoked due to declining grades, attendance concerns, tardiness, or discipline referrals.
- Transporting a senior who does not have unassigned privileges or transporting any underclassman off school grounds during the school day will result in the permanent loss of unassigned privileges.
- When entering or exiting the building during an unassigned period, students must enter through Door 1 at the Main Office and exit through Door 1 or Door 12.
- Students on Unassigned who choose to leave for lunch must eat before returning to school. Outside food should not be brought back into the building.
