2024 Southport High School Strength & Conditioning Camp

The 2024 Southport S&C Camp is designed to teach the fundamentals of movement FOR ANY SPORT in an environment that is informative, safe, and fun.  Athletes OF ALL SPORTS will be trained by Southport High School’s Director of Strength & Conditioning, Koby Kraemer.

Who: Any Current 5th – 8th Grade Students

Dates: March 4, 5, 11, 12

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm

Where: Southport Fieldhouse & Weight Room

Cost: FREE

If registering more than one student athlete, please complete a registration form for each.

ALL CAMPERS WITH 100% ATTENDANCE WILL RECEIVE A CARDINAL S&C T-SHIRT!
