Capturing the Vision of Perry Township's Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program

Behind the Scenes

This fall, Perry Township Schools will launch its Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program, creating new opportunities for students to engage in real-world learning and connect with industry partners.

Recently, Perry Township Schools welcomed partners from CIESC to capture footage that will help tell the story of this exciting new program and the vision behind it.

Filming took place on the campus of the University of Indianapolis and featured students, educators, and business professionals working together in collaborative learning environments. The final video will showcase the immersive experiences students can expect through the program, including mentorship opportunities, career-connected learning, and hands-on experiences designed to prepare students for their futures.

Bringing a program of this scale to life takes a great deal of collaboration. With many moving parts behind the scenes, this work would not be possible without the support of district leaders, educators, community members, businesses, industry partners, and our partners at the University of Indianapolis. Together, they are helping build an innovative opportunity for students while investing in the future of the Southside.

The Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program is designed to help students explore their interests, identify their passions, and apply their learning to real-world challenges. Through meaningful partnerships and authentic experiences, students will gain valuable skills while making an impact beyond the classroom.

As the program launches this fall, Perry Township Schools looks forward to seeing students innovate, create, collaborate, and lead.

The success of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program depends on strong partnerships. Businesses, organizations, and community members interested in mentoring students, presenting real-world challenges, or supporting the program are encouraged to get involved.
